I would like to thank Jack for his assistance recently. He came to do an annual service of the machine, but by coincidence we were having trouble with internet connection due to a recent modem upgrade. As a small company we don’t have full time IT support on site, but Jack was able to give us a simple alternative to our problem which meant we were able to use the machine straight away.
